Honouring fee

One of the worst banks iv ever been with. Iv emailed them and get no response. Iv been charged honouring fees every week since I upgraded my account. When I went into the bank they told me it's because the bank had to honour a payment cause I didn't have enough funds in my account. I monitored it this passed week and made sure that I had funds in my account and was still charged a honouring fee of 150 rand. I made two transactions on the 15th of April and had money left in my account. Those two transactions only went off yesterday (19th of April) and got charged the fee. Every single week I am being charged 150 rand. Definitely moving banks.
