Honouring Fee
Yesterday I gave standard bank a call because I had an overdraft on my bank account, which was 100% unaccounted for! Whilst the teller was very accommodating and adamant to get the situation fixed, today I checked my balance and saw that an Honouring Fee was charged to my account! I would like for this fee to be reversed ASAP as the issue clearly came from their side!
