Honourable standard bank

I have been banking with standard bank my whole life, If that's not loyalty then I don't know what it is. So how is this month different. I was charged 4x honouring fees for debits orders that went of before the agreed date. Please let me add that as a safety net I set all debits to go off on the 25th and due to the fact that the company I work for banking with standard bank my salary goes in on the 24th as soon as payroll is released. This month you guys have allowed 4 debits to go off on the 24th morning at 6am and got paid at 2pm. I was then charged an honouring fee x4 .This is not acceptable as I make the necessary arrangements to make sure there is funds in my account for my debits. That R500+ honouring fee is how you want to push your loyal customers away? I trust you guys with my money and also not to rob me so please explain this. I have also read of cases where you have told customers to go back to the company debiting and I know from research that they merely submit a debit order that either goes of on the agreed date or if early is when funds i.e. salary is paid then only the debit will go of.
