Honoring fees

I am honestly sick to death of this bank. I checked my bank balance just now as I am awaiting some money and I see again unsolicited bank charges are taken from my account. For honoring fees and that for an amount I did not even spend, I get a set amount of money each month and I need every cent of that money. My mother had a complaint as well with them for the same problem and as far as I'm concerned that problem has not been resolved adequately. I want that fees reversed as soon as possible.
