Honoring fees and charges

I'm so tired of this bank, we always fight over the so called honoring fee and I have previously engaged them that if I dont have funds in my account they should pay my debts on my behalf as I also dont have an overdraft facility to do so but they continue doing that, charger me overdraft fee which I don't have, continue to charge me interest for debits not provoded for and got ignored when I engage them, instead being told what honoring feed means instead of bring assisted by their private banking department..its is so immoral that a bank decides to pay debts on your behalf without you having a facility to accommodate such and impose charger over 1k in honoring feed, plus not provided fee, including failed transaction fees and end up owing them so um basically charged penalties and honoring fees up 3k plus..thats so ridiculous and again race plays a part in the banking sector..
