Homeowner insurance

I have home emergency assistance service as part of my insurance benefits and I requested the services of an electrician. It has been three days since I have been in the dark and waiting for the service of the electrician appointed by Standardbank. I called the customer services several times however I am not getting assistance. The sad part is that I have been paying for my premiums without fail and now I am taken for a ride....
