Homeloans Payment arrangement

My name is Nonkululeko and have tried to respond to a registered letter. Standard Bank failed to update my details and have recently heard that my house is in the process of being repossessed. Standard Bank handed me over to attorneys that i have advised i am prepared to have a payment plan and would like to pay my bond (monthly commitment) a portion towards my arrears amount. Why does Standard bank not want to assist me. i was unemployed at the time and now found employment. i have even moved to pay less for rent. i would also like to get a tenant in my place as i reside in cape town. My employee is prepared to assist with monthly commitments as they work for a financial institution. Please i do not want to lose my house. i am committing to pay
