Homeloans never simple with Standard Bank

I app**** for the bond extension on an existing facility with Standard Bank Homeloans. This process was meant to take 3 days at the most. My initial application was in July. They never gave me feedback unless I followed up. Finally yesterday more than 3 months later they respond with the offer. I called this morning to accept and none of the agents knew what I was talking about. They eventually say the interest rates were wrong they are going to reissue it. The experience is such a disaster! I am moving my bond from them like I did my cheque account .
