Homeloans more like HOMES LOST!!!!!

What a joke!!!!

So during the recession period in 2009/2010 we were left unemployed and in dire straights. Doing the RIGHT thing we approached the bank and made the necessary arrangements regarding the bond repayments etc.. Now 10 years later and three years since the property has been sold we apply for a new bond only to find out that the ITC listing that was placed in Feb 2011 on our records was never removed. I have spent the last three weeks trying to get this resolved and still no response. According to "your truly AKA Standard Bank" I still have an open /Active and IN ARREARS bond account.... What the FUDGE!!!!! and thanks to that the past 10 years of trying to get back on my feet and getting a good credit score - HAS ALL BEEN A DEAD WASTE!!!!

I have started my own business and I am officially in the position to stop paying other people's property, but thanks to Standard Bank, I cannot get Finance because someone is *********** and doesn't update the system as they should.

As per all the emails that I have sent this will probably also fall onto deaf ears, however I am not going to leave it here.

I will be taking this matter further as this bank is in the business of tarnishing ones reputation and not even blinking at the moment. So much for the assistance of your financial institution.

Banks sell money - and they sell it at THEIR price.... THEY WAGER YOUR LIVELY-HOOD to feed their needs and then when you try and be hospitable they keep you on hold

Wonder if I will even get a response to this??? Probably not. They got their money and contracts in place why should they care about me???
