Homeloans don't assist when behind with paymentsts

I informed Standardbank homeloans of my yearly decrease in income,2 years now ,I'm ignored,I've requested assistance due to I'm falling behind ,but no Standardbank feels ***kol ,I'm not helped ,this interest you charge are ridiculous,I'm still as angry about you're staff that threatened me and shouted at me from homeloans,nothing has been done ,you don't have customer service .
