Homeloans department not providing proper feedback

I have a home loan with standard bank. I have a life cover policy which according to you i am paying R362.01 towards. I supp**** you my Discovery insurance policy document. Your home loans department refuse to load my policy as there are 2 applicants. I provided you a divorce order which shows you that the property share that the other applicant holds is now mine. I understand that i need to do change in ownership which i am busy with. However even after escalating the matter to your "complaints resolution centre" (i have not read from them as of yet - only read from your customer contact centre) still no valid reson for why you cannot load the change. You have the other applicants contact details and you are not prepared to assist me your customer by verifying with the other applicant whatever it is that you need to in order to load the change.

What is your reason for refusing to load my insurance (besides that there are 2 applicants)? What risk is there? I am paying the monthly premium on my bond. Are you saying that the refusal is based on 2 applicants that are covered under your insurance and you are declining as my discovery policy only covers myself?

This is the last email that i have sent on 09/03/2017:

I do not understand, the request is concerning the insurance policy that I am paying for which is included in the premium which is going of my bank cheque account for +-9 years now.

I want to save on this by not duplicating cover and rather use my discovery insurance. I am not requesting a further loan on my bond!

You are my provider and you have the co applicants details , why don’t you contact this co applicant then and assist me as your customer?

You would rather have your customer pay the excess amount?

Please let us not go back and forth and please process per my request or I will have no option but to escalate further.

Alternatively, please substantiate in a formal letter (by electronic and post) to me confirming and validating your reasoning behind your refusal.
