We have endured a major financial back fall and Mr JJ Diederiks's Prestige consultant can second this at Key West branch. She was such a great support. We have to sell the house. Easycell supported us also to advertise the house on their webpage to be sold. We approached Standard Bank so many times to freeze the house due to the financial strain and so much interest accrued against the account which worsened the situation and made it not financial feasible for us and not affordable. The agents who supported Easycell introduced many "potential" partners but in such a manner it ends up a lose deal for ourselves as the customer, meaning they were interested in their own financial gain. We have approached different agents and Just Property came to the rescue, they have managed to provide a buyer and the monies was paid in the account cash on 22 November 2017. Everything was already put in place before the 22nd of November the attorney could complete the transfer and duty fees but Standard Bank didn't cancel the home loan account on their side. They have skeleton staff but confirmed this can be done 2018 only which we cannot afford financially. We have gone to the branch but they cannot support either. We would like to know if their is a Samaritan out there that would be able to support in the matter.
