HomeLoan - Substitution of Debtors

Good day,

I refer to my application to remove a surety from my STD Homeloan. ***. My application was orginailly declined on 20 April. The reason I was given was affordability. On 24 April I disputed the decision, for the following three simple reasons:

1. I have two Homeloans with Standard Bank - the one homeloan for R1,3mill is paid up.
2. The other homeloan is paid up in advance with a remaining balance of just 130k.
3. I do not have an access bond on the homeloan in question.

Since my esclation on 24 April, I have recieved no feedback in over a month now. I have emailed [Email Removed] three times in the last week alone, to which I have not recieved one response.

How on earth can you decline the applilcation for such a small amount when I have over R2mill worth of assets with StandardBank, to which you have the title deads too, and effectively have all that equity as security!

Your credit policy are truly baffling. I await an urgent response.

Regards,
Mark
