HOMELOAN - STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK

<p>It is now 10 days later I followed up my application via your telephonic system as I get no response on my e-mails and were advised that my loan has been declined. I asked for a consultant to contact me via email which up to date did not happen. I monthly receive a reimbur*****t travel allowance which allows for my vehicle instalment, this allowance has been paid to me for the last 5 years but according to your consultants you do not take this income into consideration how can this not be done if it is a regular income. This puts an unfair view on my application as my vehicle instalment now gets taken from my gross salary. I would like feedback on this asap via email</p>
