Homeloan re-advance rejected without notice

My private property company has had a Standard Bank homeloan since 9 February 2005. The monthly instalment has been paid on time every month, and most of the capital has been repaid in advance. When I app**** for a re-advance, I was treated as if I was applying for the very first time. The Bank demanded financial statements and bank statements and I submitted all of these. The Bank then came back asking for an auditors letter about directors drawings. I explained that the company is not required to be audited, and is not audited, and the directors do not take any drawings, as is evident from the financial statements. The Bank simply closed my application without even informing me. I only discovered this when I followed up. The Bank charges R200 per month just to keep my homeloan account open, and misled me by intimating that it would be simple for me to re-access capital if I paid some in advance.
