I still don't understand why is it so difficult to take out the primary member from a home loan. They said they need divorce decree I gave them that They want divorce settlement I gave them but still we are stuck with names to be removed. What can we do to resolve this, I can't sell the property just to remove a principal member who is not even paying the bond. Standard bank home loan policy is not ok . If i can get another bank to assist to move this bond from standard bank and take-out this.principal member. What I the purpose of divorce decree and divorce settlement if they are not considered but they said they need those whn you give them those another story. South African law sometimes is not fair
