Homeloan Declined ??? Approved by Absa
First I started with Standarbank homeloan application as my account is with Standard Bank, had issues from the start , after resolving this with a lady that I got great service. ( After Hello Peter complaint) , my homeloan was declined on the basis that there is multiple tenants, business and not in good condition. The vuluater was not even friendly at all, did he have a bad day? And how can he and Standard BANK HOME LOAN DIVISION tell me I should have let the tenants out before valuation if I don't own the property?
After this I received a call from the same lady that was following up on my homeloan to explain why it was declined I told the lady that I will go to another bank as I felt cant struggle with this service from Standardbank. My loan application was approved by Absa with no issues whatsoever.
So how can Absa approve this home loan Application ??? and Standardbank can not.
Will soon be changing my bank account as I did indicated when the loan was declined. Thank you
