Homeloan application

I app**** for an access bond with Standard Bank on the 5th of October 2015. My bond account is paid in full. My husband passed away. I sent Standard bank all the documents they requested. To date I did not receive one call from Standard bank. If I wanted to know if there is any progress I had to call them. No final answer has been received yet.
