Homeloan

I contacted the homeloan call centre on the 23rd of March to request an application to extend my bond term. I was given a reference number *** which it was told to me that the due date is the 30th of March. I received an email saying its in progress on the 30th and that the new due date is the 6th of April. I called the 6th where I was advised that it is still outstanding and that it will be escalated and I will be contacted either the 7th or 8th, which I never was. I gave them a grace period and phoned back today the 13th of Apr all to find out that there has been no progress and no record of my call on the 6th. I am greatly disappointed as I have done this application in October 2015 and it was disregarded and it seems to be happening again.
