Home Lone Complain
My Home Loan account is with Standard Bank. Standard bank was adding both the Assurance & Insurance Premiums into my Home Loan balance every month .
This made my loan amount to increase every month. It created problems for me because my loan amount was no longer the amount we agreed on. I then made arrangements and sent Emails to Standerd Bank but my Emails were never answered. The bank then repossessed and sold my without informing me.
I would like to know why did Standard bank take the money that were *******ly adding to my balance every month and pay it towards my arrears before selling my house.
