Home Loans-Terrible Service

Good Day, <br> <br> I would like to complain about the poor quality and extremely slow service from Standard Bank Home Loans Department. Firstly they sent documents to the bond attorneys with incorrect interest rate in May 2015.When i contacted the call centre they said i never accepted offer, thats the reason it changed but i told them they were wrong as i had a reference and proof that i did accept within the minimum time.They told me i needed to go into branch to sort this problem out.When i called the call centre to find out on progress they say the matter is with the rates department, i waited as they said and now they say i must wait for amendments departments.Im waiting for amendments department since 04.06.2015. Everyday when i call the home loans call centre they say tomorrow. Absolutely terrible slow service.Standard Bank home loans is very slow with their service and make you wait on the telephone line.Very Dissapointed Customer.
