Home loans is USELESS!!

I'm irritated by the amount of time that home loans is taking just to take a evaluator out to access the property we want to purchase, I escalated this on Monday but still no JOY, for such a prestigious bank and who have come up with a concept ALWAYS ON, clearly you are always OFF. This is getting ridiculous now, all the consultants have no sense of urgency, just lame excuses. I definitely will not recommend STD Bank home loans to ANYONE. Useless!!!
