<p>Myself and my husband app**** for a further advance in excess of 3 months ago , Standard Bank appointed Hannes gouws and Partners as the registration attorney that is linked to the process . bond account number ********** 20. After numerous emails we eventually signed our docs on the 12 October 2016 almost 3 weeks later i get an email from Resie Botes saying there is an additional ATP to be signed , this after i emailed Suegnet who was originally dealing with me throughout the process and never got feedback . i then learnt that Suegnet went on maternity leave without letting any of her clients know . I received the mail from Rensie on 25 October since then no feedback , i have been sending endless mails that she does not reply to the telephone numbers for the offices does not work either . and in the process the application is not moving . this is unacceptable . How can standard bank appoint such pathetic attorneys to their clients registrations ? Deal with the problem or remove them from your panel ! and i would like feedback</p>
