HOME LOANS DEP POOR SERVICE

I'm very disappointed and frustrated with the home loan service department, I have sold my property and closed my account with the municipality, now the money that I payed upfront was paid back to the attorneys and they deposited into standard bank home loan account that was under my name and even sent proof of payment. I have been calling since a week back and told they logging a query even this date I have not been attended to, worse I have sent an email as well and attached proof of payment for the amount that is suppose to be refunded to me but nothing. I'm even considering to close all my accounts it's frustrating.
