Home loans cancellation - no assistance
Shocking experience trying to give cancellation notice on my home loan. I have given notice twice already (since the notice expires after 90 days) due to my property being on the market. The property has now sold and is due to register today. I have phoned, emailed (HomeNCar, Information and Complaints) and have yet to hear back.
Furthermore, I have been told that the notice will start from scratch again, meaning that despite giving notice more than 6 months ago the bank now wants to charge me interest.
What a disappointing experience! Please urgently assist. Emails unanswered from 29 April.
