Home Loans account not closed

My husband & I sold a property in 2014. Sale was done and ALL expenses st STD bank paid even received a PAID UP LETTER from the bank. Only to discover BY ACCIDENT that they listed us on the Credit Bureau in AUG 2014 and the settlement was already in JULY 2014. We are now struggling to get our names cleared AS WELL as finding out what happened to TWO installments paid to STD BANK. These two payments reflect nowhere and still awaiting feedback from them after 3 weeks!!!
