Home loan to foreign national

I did lodge an home loan application with my 8 years long bank (standard bank) for a total of R1.8M. The bank offer us 50% of the property value based on the fact that we are foreign national and are part of a high risk group.<br> Despite all my efforts, contacting the call centre, trying to obtain the email address of the the CEO to raise the concern. <br> My husband and I have only one debt (our car). We repaid our current house in 6 years, we are saving over 22% of our monthly income and our credit record is excellent plus we are putting over a million rands in cash in the deal
