Home loan statement not received in years
If I could I would give them zero stars. Horrible customer service. I have been asking for my home loan statement for years and they just don’t send it. I usually get one every 6 months but not anymore. Horrific customer service. I called again today and was promised a statement in 10 minutes, no statement in sight. Disgusting
