Home loan Statement

I requested a statement in January,almost a month later still have not received it. I have been calling requesting feedback the last straw was when I lodged a complaint and was promised that I will receive a reference number for my complaint and follow up will be done. Still have not received my statement nor the reference for my complaint! The level of their incompetence is appalling!
