Home loan rate change letter

I’m honestly fed up with having to repeatedly request a letter for home loan change every single time the repo rate changes. It’s 2025 — why is this process still manual? Standard bank already has all my details on file. Instead of making customers jump through hoops and send requests over and over again, this should be automated completely.

Each time the rate changes, I have to waste time following up, waiting, and chasing after a letter that should just be generated and sent automatically. It feels like unnecessary hassle for something that should be straightforward and seamless. In this day and age, automation isn’t a luxury — it’s an expectation, especially when sensitive financial details are involved.

Please, streamline this process. Save your customers the frustration and your team the workload by setting up an automated system that triggers these letters without repeated requests. It’s a simple fix that would drastically improve customer experience and trust.

No one has contacted me regarding the rate change letter, yet a debit order is running every month. USELESS AI responses without any action.
