Home loan query

<p>i pp**** for a home loan for R345 000 and was approved by Standard bank in 2014 with a repayment amount of R3450.00 fixed for 5 years and somewhere between developer and standard bank documents were sent late and i kept on following up but was told they still waiting for developer for a happy letter.Eventualy someone by the name of Neo made contact this year to schedule a meeting informing me when the 1st premium will go on that was this year January and to my suprise </p> <p> repayment has changed to R4600.00</p> <p>reason being a debit order was loaded but did not go off coz of incomplete. Now my question is how is this now my problem and being the one suffering at the end of the day. please assist urgently on way forward as I’m not getting accurate response from contact centre.</p>
