Home loan payment start date

Good day <br> Please look into my account and come back to me.<br> <br> Dec 2014 after my bond was registered I came to Simmonds Streets to sign docs and take a life cover policy. I met with MR Reuben who was knowledgeable and helpful. I was informed that the developer will be paid and after everything is done IWILLBE contacted and arrange to start paying. <br> <br> No one contacted me and on Monday (02 Feb) I sent an email to SBSA to enquire about where the process was. After that email now get calls that my new home loan is in arrears. How? When I was suppose to start paying? Why was I not informed as i was instructed that I will be informed in time? <br> <br> Millicent called me (03 Feb) and said she will get back to me...still she has not. Within a short space of time dealing with SBSA i'm disgusted already.
