Home Loan Payment Holiday

On the 22 Apr 2020, I was assisted by Sandra Dawn Strydom sending an email for payment holiday assistance, I went again on the 8th May and spoke to Meagan who gave me the ***. Mind you this was a second request, it was not prioritized and still have not received a call on this matter to date.... I won't have funds to be paying for my bond for the end of this month and I refuse to liable if I gave STD Bank ample time to deal with this request, this is really unacceptable. I need assistance urgently.
