Home loan not cancelled

I contacted Standard bank on sever al occasions to cancel my loan as it is settled. This is not the first loan settlement I have done but this time I am told to write unnecessary letters which do not make sense. I emailed the above individuals to no effect. The last person I sent the letter to was Sicelo with the same instruction STD bank required but still the acc is on and I am being charged. I made it clear that I need the title deed ASAP.<br> <br> I am gutted by this inefficient service now surfacing at this bank .
