Home loan interest rate is WRONG!

If i could give a rating of -10 i would. I have been writing for over a month now regarding my home loan interest rate. Someone completely messed up my years "fixed" payment and i just didnt have the time to go on with you believe it or not some of us have lives. My home loan interest rate isshowing 11.25 instead of 10.75. Yes i keep track. In January you sent me an update that my intrest rate will be 11.00 and since then another 0.25 basis points were dropped. Can someone who knows whats going on in the home loans department please give me a call. im tired of you contact ignorance. Feedback within 48 hours has turned to weeks. You require us to follow process and we do but you dont keep to your end of things. I will not allow you to rob me!
