Home Loan Insurance should be called home loan take your money and no help

<p>We came back from holiday to find out there was a storm and both toilets in our home are broken. One needs to be repaired and one needs to be replaced. We called STD Bank on Monday to claim and till date our toilets not repaired. Our walls are now being damaged in process of waiting for them to send a plumber and I called this morning and the lady says to me from STD Bank well we dont work over weekends and we are still waiting for quote. This is costing us money as our water is running the whole time and our property is damaging even more. Why is there a after hours help line if no one is working???? I need help cause I asked for a no where I can complain and they give me ********** 101 which is customer service which is closed. LOL service not delivered</p>
