Home loan insurance

Good Morning can you assist pls we have bond wth Standard bank home loans and insurance on it as well our wall collapsed on 7th February due to bad weather they came out did assessment and covered us but replacing the wall and did a good job but when it came to painting the wall they asked what colour we chose colour and its absolutely beautiful but sadly they didn't paint the remaining wall now we sitting wth 2 different colours outside wall the value obviously dropped because it's not looking nice so I have spoken to insurance broker but they seem to not being interested anyway I can get them to do remaining wall?
