Home insurance Policy no: HLB*** I have been trying for a month to cancel my home (building) insurance policy after moving to a new insurer (which incidentally offers a 30% saving) To date I there is no confirmation that it has been done. Their service is extremely poor - I first tried to call in which case that say that you must an email. The first was sent on 23 November. I was eventually asked to provide proof of my new cover which I have done. If you phone the number on the email it does not exist. There was an email address for escalations and my mails were returned undeliverable I can also mention that I have been a client for 25 years
