Home Loan insurance

I have 2 home loans with the bank. They asked me to go through health tests for assurance, which I had to pay for myself. In the event of my death, the properties would be covered by the policies.

I assumed that, because I signed the paperwork, I’d be covered. Only to find out from my banker that there is nothing lodged (a whole 5 years later).

I’m totally dissatisfied and believe you should all check the status of your cover. What a hopeless institution!!
