Home loan for a deceased person

Honestly I’m so over Standardbank I’ve been struggling to get my late moms things in order , she had a home loan and we want to know a way forward since the surviving spouse ( being my dad) is unemployed and now it’s busy accumulating so much interest and we need a title deed already and I’m also struggling with other policies with Standard such as credit life I’ve spoken to over 30 consultants from the deceased and home loan department and even went to the branch at Mall of Africa every week to sort this thing out . Please help . I just want a way forward so the master of high court can just round everything up it’s been 3 years now !!!
