Home loan extention

I have app**** for an home loan extension, all the documents were send to standard bank but every time I receive an email stating that my documents are incomplete. I have called standard bank in nemerous occasions and I was told to ignore the email as it is a automated response. They keep on say that my husband bank statement is not complete, if a person didn't have any transactions for the remainder of the month. The statement will only show from the beginning until the last day of the transaction. I think standard bank is really trying to get people to be in arrer so that they can repossess the houses. They say that we must talk to them but they also make life so difficult for us.
