Standard bank makes it impossible to do business with them, they hand out home loans without hassle and when you want to do more business with them, find out about further loans, moving banks to them. There is no response to emails, I have been on the phone for 26 minutes already and keep getting sent to the wrong departments, tried social media channels, tried emails, tried calling? I really don't know what to do?
