Home loan don't want to aprove house but do qulify

Good day <br> <br> Did apply for a home loan by standard bank the home loan was approved on my side but they did not approve the house , my concern is I really am interested in the property and I did explain to standard bank over and over the property was or is still own by standard bank , they did not even gave me a value to the property so that I can negotiate with the owner. Nobody can help me in this matter and I feel it is bad service
