Home loan disaster

I have a serious problem with my home loan from standard bank..As we speak I've been paying for a home loan for 2 years now and I don't leave in that house,reason being the house is incomplete.. I've been trying to call and I even visited different branches but I don't get any help.. They've been promising to get back to me but they don't..I didn't even sign a happy letter or any document that says the house is complete and ready for occupation..
