Home Loan department utterly useless

I app**** for a Home Loan in December 2014 for a meager 1mil home loan. System declined because off score which makes no sense to me as Both my Transunion and Experian Credit records are impeccable. I have called the home loan call center countless times requesting for a specific reason as to why i was declined and no one can give me a specific reason. I have logged requests for back office to give me a call and 3 months later i haven't received a response.<br> Standard bank home loan is most useless bank out there and Prestige Banking doesn't help you either. <br> I will be taking both my Banking and Home loan elsewhere. Cause communication at Standard bank is non existent. And call center is just a farce and a waste off airtime.<br> Sincerely dissapointed as i have trusted standard bank with all my banking for a number off years. Sterling job off driving away clients if that's the plan.
