Home loan department is ******* and doesnt remove people that have issued them with clearence certificates and are no longer under debt review but the bank still declines them this service is pathetic

I am very angry with the treatment i have been getting from my own bank i have banked with standard bank my whole adult life and they have never offered me a loan or home loan or credit card nothing its rediculous my own bank is declining me for my first home loan application. I will be leaving this bank and wont recommend any of my friends and family to join this bank.
