HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT

Home loan department. Since when does your nearest branch only deal as a middle man...Handed in my application early in Jan. Today 16.03.2016 and still no payment out to date... Every day i get new message from the assesor that he needs this document and then this document.. My builder is on my case needs 1 payment to order my roof. My new house is roof high(build out of my own pocket to date.) and standing 2 weeks to date waiting on the bank to decide when they will be able to do 1st payment.... Load of bull. So disgusted that i moved from ABSA to you guys... 1 big mistake.. Worst communication ever.. Not once have any of them called me or tried to make contact with me..
