Home loan declined on no merit

To whom it may concern

In 2018 i app**** for a home loan through a mortgage company, we recieved full bond as i have all paperwork to prove that. A few days ago i was contacted by bowman attorneys telling me that the home loan was declined, to which they have no reason. Myself an attorneys an mortgage company have been phoning an emailing up an down trying to get a proper answer out of your company, but to no avail. I have signed all paperwork from your attorneys aswell as transfer attorneys, to which seller was about to pay the rates an signing home over to me. The only reason some of your consultants came up with, was affordability. Which makes no sense, as i recieved a government subsidy to the tune of R78,000. Subsidy was paid out to attorneys, yet my bond was cancelled on the very last minute. We have moved into the home an paying occupational rent, an have made some changes as i thought the hole process was complete. I ask your company this, why put a family though all of this, why approve a loan to just take it away without merit, why put myself an my family through all this stress. Not one single person in your hole organisation can give a clear answer as to why, an that tells me that the fault is laying with you. This is highly unjustified an immoral for a big company like yourselves to be doing this to hard working citizens of this country. You have made my family weep which includes my mother, for that i shall never forgive you. I know this complaint will fall on deaf ears an just shrugged under the carport. But i will continue on my quest to house my family, which will probaly be on the street as we speak.
