Home Loan Decline

Really I think the wrong people are working at standard bank, first i apply for a bond via a bond originator and get 100% approval and ask my Prestige banker which I pay for their service every month to look if they cant get me a better interest rate. They cant because I didn't apply via them. Right, so I cancel the buy due to problems with the house that crept up and find a new property SAME PRICE!!! And apply THROUGH my prestige banker as they can maybe get me a better rate then an originator and would you know it DECLINED!!!! Email Prestige banker no reply! Phone her THROUGH the call center NO ANSWER, ask to be put THROUGH to branch manager and what do you know!!! NO ANSWER. And you ask me why my last 3 Vehicles are financed at West Bank!!!
