Home-loan cancellation terrible service

I have been trying to cancel my home-loan with Standard Bank South Africa since January 2019. It took them weeks to give us the cancellation figures. Now I'm still waiting for their attorneys to lodge the cancellation and they are now saying they are waiting for the bank to sign consent since April. Standard bank is ripping me off with their interest on this bond as they are still debiting the installments from my account even though I made all the payments they required. I'm a young widow and it looks like they are coming up with all sorts of ways to milk me dry. It is very frustrating as I have to keep on calling for me to get updates.
